Event & Meeting Facilities

From plans originally conceived by Frank Lloyd Wright, the Clubhouse is unique in the Pacific and the world. Breathtaking views of windward and leeward coasts and majestic mount Haleakala only add to the splendid architectural beauty. Cozy fireplaces and terraces for outdoor gatherings create a landmark on Maui. The interior retains the original Wright-designed carpets and color schemes and artfully merges traditional Hawaiian elements.



The Waikapu Room, as the central ballroom enjoys expansive views of the course along with a panorama from Maui’s North Shore to Ma'alaea Bay and beyond.	The Mana'o Pono Room* is our boardroom for conferences and special presentations. It comes equipped with high speed internet and audio visual capabilities.*	For more intimate events, the Ho'oheno Room* hosts smaller receptions with the same flair that The King Kamehameha Golf Club is known for.*

Waikapu Ballroom 350 capacity
	200 + guests	Set-up fees waived
	150 – 199 guests	$700
	75 – 149 guests	$1000
	Under 75 guests	$2,500 + $2,500 food minimum required

Kahalawai Terrace 150 capacity
		$1,500.00 Four hour minimum + $1,200.00 minimum food charge Includes a period of four (4) hours for your event and two (2) hours set-up time. Additional hours are billed at $250.00 per hour

Mana'o Pono Room 30 capacity
	DAY	$125.00 per hour or $750.00 per eight (8) hour day Two hour minimum
	NIGHT	$250.00 per hour Two hour minimum + $1,000.00 food minimum required

Ho'oheno Room 100 capacity
	DAY	$750.00 + $1,200.00 minimum food charge Includes a period of four (4) hours for your event and two (2) hours set-up time. Additional hours are billed at $250.00 per hour
	NIGHT	$1,500.00 + $1,200.00 minimum food charge Includes a period of four (4) hours for your event and two (2) hours set-up time. Additional hours are billed at $250.00 per hour
